I was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado - and love how life took me back here to raise my family in the same stomping grounds. I am most alive adventuring out in the wilderness, and most at home sitting on a back porch around a bonfire with people I love. I have a faith background that informs my worldview but probably not in the ways you might think, feel free to ask me about this! I love what I get to do, I am so honored to be a part of journeying with people through their stories.

I have run my private practice for the last ten years out of Denver, Colorado seeing individuals who are looking for counseling and guidance. Additionally as a counselor I worked for National Institute for Change and Genesis Counseling as a therapist facilitating group and individual sessions in the therapeutic fields of Substance Abuse and Men/Women’s Domestic Violence. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) as well as a DVOMB Domestic Violence therapist. I am also trained in EMDR therapy. I operate with a trauma-informed lens. .

Before I began practicing counseling I spent ten years mentoring adolescents and adults through Young Life (A non-profit organization). I was also lucky enough to spend five years guiding adolescents, adults, and families through the wilderness as a Backpacking Guide through Rocky Mountain Region Backcountry. As an avid world traveler and seeker of knowledge I am with you in the process of trying to navigate how to best make it through (and hopefully someday thrive) in this crazy world. As the world has continued to polarize and divide you’ll find me seeking peace, building bridges, attempting healing, and fighting for stability alongside each of you, my clients and my friends.
